The scope of work for the 75,000 SF, 2-story facility includes:

Demolition
New demountable partitioned supervisory offices
New conference rooms
Open offices with systems furniture
New interior finishes
Complete bathroom renovations
Exiting improvements
New elevator
Replacement of existing windows
Hazardous material (lead-based paint and asbestos floor tile) removal and/or abatement
Upgrade of the existing fire alarm system
Replacement of existing heating system
New electrical and communications system, including fiber optics
Seismic upgrade of the entire building

Interior design services included space planning, selection and layout of signage and conference room furniture, and procurement lists

New 2,500 SF Visitor Reception Building

Chiller plant and underground service to buildings OT1 and OT4 to upgrade HVAC system
Salerno/Livingston Architects received an excellent ACASS performance evaluation rating for this project.
