Scripps Ranch Library, San Diego, CA.
The conceptual design of this 16,000 SF library facility included a community meeting room, courtyard reading facilities and children's reading area. The design featured Spanish Colonial walkways and courtyards highlighting the existing eucalyptus trees.

Borrego Springs Cultural Center,
Borrego Springs, CA.
Located adjacent to the half-million acre Anza-Borrego Desert State Park this new cultural facility was designed to include a 400-seat community concert hall and performing arts theater, a 400-seat outdoor amphitheater, a 300-seat conference center, museum and art gallery, a county library, and the restoration of "Old Borrego," an historic town, to include a store/post office, schoolhouse, and historic residence. The concert hall has a two-sided stage serving the theater and amphitheater, and the rear wall of the large mass is used as an outdoor movie screen.

North Park Community Park,
San Diego, CA
Remodel of a nine-acre community park including replacement of three tennis courts and shuffleboard courts, addition of a softball field and public restrooms, and design of a new children play area, picnic area, and passive-use, open park area.

Allen Field Sports Park,
La Jolla, CA.
The design of this expansion to the existing Allen Field Sports Park includes two new soccer fields, three baseball diamonds, public restrooms, concessions, a clubhouse, an Olympic size swimming pool and additional parking. The addition more than doubles the size of the Park and is home to several youth athletic clubs.

Hillsborough Recreational Facility,
San Diego, CA
Six acre recreational facility within a community of over 600 residences, the project provides a private park and recreational facility including recreation center building with administrative offices, security monitoring stations, fitness center, two swimming pools, spas, basketball and tennis courts, picnic area, playground, and supporting maintenance facilities.

Canyon Country Park Community Center,
Santa Clarita, CA
This community center located in Los Angeles County includes a multi-purpose community room, kitchen facilities, administration offices, and meeting/activity rooms. The project utilized masonry and steel materials that are durable and cost effective.

Belmont Park Master Plan,
San Diego, CA
This project involved the design and master planning for the 18-acre oceanfront park including the existing historical facilities. Site alternatives, uses, and cost analysis were determined. Extensive community workshops and public and private meetings were held with both the residents and local businesses to review input for the design.
